Our Step-by-Step Process
From Completion & Tool Shipping
Complete our form with your contact details, tool make/model, and fault description or service package selected. Then, ship your tool to Delta House, DOOR 3, Millbuck Way, Sandbach, CW11 3JA—or request that we arrange a chargeable collection on your behalf.
Inspection & Diagnosis
Our technicians inspect your tool, diagnose issues (e.g., jammed drivers, worn O-rings), and ensure safety mechanisms function properly.
Safety matters: proper maintenance reduces tool malfunctions by up to 70%, ensuring safer job sites.
Quote & Approval (Discretionary step, as per the form)
We’ll provide a detailed quote for the repair or service. Approve it, and we’ll proceed—sourcing quality parts from stock or trusted suppliers.
Invoicing & Return
After completion, we invoice you and return your tool via dedicated overnight courier delivery—packaged safely to mitigate damages incurred during transit. Turnaround for bespoke repairs would typically be ~10 working days, and we’re always working to reduce it.
DIY Repairs?
We recommend professional servicing, but if you prefer, we can supply spare parts. Share your tool’s make/model, review the parts diagram, and we’ll quote and ship the parts (e.g., O-rings, springs, drivers, bumpers etc.). NB: pneumatic tool safety is critical—always follow manufacturer guidelines.
